Return & Refund Policy

At Apodrome, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@apodrome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective items).

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., size or color), please contact us. We will assist you with the best available solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
