Q: When will my order ship?

A: All Orders typically get dispatched within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: It normally takes around 6-10 working days to reach you within Standard Shipping, and around 4-6 working days within Expedited Shipping.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?

A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.

Q: Custom Tax or Duty?

A: Expedited Shipping may incur customs duties or taxes in USA and certain European regions. Please note that we do not cover or reimburse these charges.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, Online purchases made through apodrome.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

2. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
3. Any address on the parcel is not approved return address, and we don't accept the returned package without authorized return address from customer service representative. 
4. For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
